Refunds

• For all items purchased PEC reserve the right to withhold 20% of the total amount paid to cover costs incurred should a customer request a refund after collection or a cancellation of an order prior to collection.
• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours as long as your bank account details are given to PEC staff.
  All refunds are via EFT.
  For refunds to your private health fund, PEC will forward the refund documents to your health fund within 1 week however it is up to the health fund to process this refund, PEC cannot control this process.

Australian Consumer Law

• All goods and or services sold by Primary Eye Care come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
  Therefore, any rights which the customer may have under Australian Consumer Law will not be limited by these terms and conditions.
